How customers opt in

Nor-Riv Rental (a division of North River Builders LLC) collects express consent two ways: (1) customers check an unchecked, optional consent box when submitting the rental request form on our website, and (2) existing rental customers give verbal consent during phone or in-person conversations. We never buy, rent, or upload phone lists. The web opt-in call-to-action appears on the Rental Request form at northriver.builders/rentals.

Opt-in steps (web form)

1. The customer visits the rental request form at northriver.builders/rentals.
2. The customer enters their name and mobile phone number and describes the rental they need.
3. The customer voluntarily checks a consent box that is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
4. The customer clicks “Request Rental” to submit and complete opt-in.

Because the box is unchecked by default and optional, consent is always affirmative, express, and separate from the rental request itself.
