A ground-up commercial auto facility in the Greater Shenandoah Valley — North River self-performed the site concrete, the steel frame, and the finish. Clear-span service bays, a customer showroom, and the slab under all of it, by one team.

For the New Beginnings church, our crew placed and finished the elevated mezzanine slab on metal deck — adding a full second level to their new space.

An NRCS feed barn (73×316) — post-frame construction with engineered trusses, metal roofing, and the concrete foundation, pad, and feed alley, all set by our crew.
