How customers opt in

North River Builders LLC and its rental division Nor-Riv Rental collect express written consent through a checkbox on our online request forms. Consent is collected only on our own website — we never buy, rent, or upload phone lists. The opt-in call-to-action appears on the Request an Estimate form at northriver.builders/#quote and the Rental Request form at northriver.builders/rentals.

Opt-in steps

1. The customer visits the estimate or rental request form on our website.
2. The customer enters their name and mobile phone number and describes their project.
3. The customer voluntarily checks a consent box that is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
4. The customer clicks “Send Request” to submit and complete opt-in.

Because the box is unchecked by default and optional, consent is always affirmative, express, and separate from the request itself.
